THE 1ST STANZA

Arise ‘o’ compatriots,
Nigeria’s call obey,
To serve our father land,
With love and strength and faith the labor of our heroes past shall never be in vain,
To serve with heart and might,
One nation bound in freedom,
Peace and unity.

THE 2ND STANZA

Oh God of creation,
Direct our noble cause,
Guide our leader’s right,
Help our youth the truth to know,
In love and honesty to grow,
And living just and true,
Great lofty heights attain,
To build a nation where peace,
And justice shall reign.

THE NATIONAL PLEDGE

I pledge to Nigeria my country
To be faithful loyal and honest
To serve Nigeria with all my strength
To defend her unity
And uphold her honor and glory
So help me God

THE POTASFIELD COLLEGE ANTHEM

THE 1ST STANZA

Potasfield the school built on a solid,
Foundation in God’s divine providence,
Working together shaping destinies,
Through the power of knowledge,
Molding vessels, molding vessel of honor,
For virtues that last.

THE 2ND STANZA

Potasfield the citadel of learning for academic excellence,
Preaching the gospel sharing God’s love,
By the anointing from on high,
Bring refreshing hope to man kind,
Of honor for virtues that last.

THE SCHOOL PLEGDE

I pledge to Potasfield College
To put in all my best
To make her a pride among other schools
To allow God teach me his ways
To work and excel in all my studies
To become a vessel of honor
For virtues that last to the glory of God
And the benefit of mankind so help me God.
