PFSchools is a great citadel of learning that has distinguished itself in the league of Nursery, Primary and Colleges in Lagos state at large. We have 3 simple steps for applying to our schools.
To commence the application process, an application form is needed. You can securely purchase the application form online by following the link below:
Once purchased, please follow the Step 02.
Also, application forms can be paid for and picked up from our School’s Admissions Office (School Location).
Prepare the following documents and attach them to the purchased form(s)
- A copy of your ward/child’s Medical Certificate
- A copy of your ward/child’s Previous Academic Qualification(s)
- A copy (or two copies if submitting physically) of your ward/child’s passport photograph
- A copy of your ward/child’s NIN
- A copy of your ward/child’s additional means of Identification (Birth certificate or any that shows the same name as the NIN )
- Fill out the editable fillable application form and save the document.
- Recheck filled application form to make sure all information provide are suitable.
- Send your application form and other required documents as an attachment via email to admissions@potasfieldschools.com and stand by for an email of acknowledgement.
- Also, return your application form and all required attached documents
(if printed) to the School’s Admissions Office at Plot B, 52 Road, Festac Town, Lagos State to continue the application process.
What Happens After Submission?
We are glad you have gone through the process of applying and submitting your application.
The submitted application will go through a process of screening and you will be notified either via email, phone calls or text message for the upcoming examination day with details of the procedure.
The information given out gives you full access to write the entrance examination either online or on our school premises.
